Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products
- Perfumes with unsealed packaging
- Dried floral arrangements (including Sleeping Roses)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@bonmelounge.ie with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item to the address provided in our response.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- We will notify you via email once the refund has been issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Attach clear photos of the issue to your email so we can assist you quickly.
